Jake’s Big Idea

Jake loved building things. He made castles out of cardboard, robots out of cans, and bridges out of sticks. One day, his teacher announced a school competition. “Build something amazing!” she said. Jake decided to build the tallest tower in the world. He worked in his garage for days, stacking boxes, glueing paper rolls, and taping everything together. But the tower kept falling. “This is impossible!” Jake said. “Don’t give his dad said. “Every great builder fails before they succeed.” Jake tried again. This time, he used stronger materials and worked more carefully. Slowly, the tower grew taller and taller. On the day of the competition, Jake’s tower was the biggest one there. The judges were amazed. “Wow, his teacher said. “How did you do it?” “Patience and Jake said. Jake won first prize, and his tower became the star of the school.
