Hanami in Japan

C2

Leo had heard about Japan’s cherry blossom season but didn’t understand its significance until he experienced it himself. During a business trip to Tokyo, he joined colleagues for a hanami, or flower-viewing party in Ueno Park. Sitting under blooming sakura trees, they shared bento boxes, sake, and stories. The beauty of the moment wasn’t just in the blossoms but in the fleeting nature of the experience, which symbolized the impermanence of life. Leo returned home with a deeper appreciation for living in the moment and cherishing simple joys.
